Salary: USD 65,000 - 84,000 / annual

You will serve as Staff Accountant, owning core accounting operations and month-end close processes. Your responsibilities include preparing and analyzing journal entries, reconciling data from multiple sources to the general ledger, recording accruals and adjustments, and investigating variances through balance sheet and P&L flux analysis. You'll compile financial reports and deliverables supporting quarterly reviews, annual audits, and tax preparation. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to understand business drivers, respond to ad hoc analysis requests from leadership, and identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven efficiency.
Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration with 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience. Strong proficiency in US GAAP, internal controls, month-end close processes, and Excel (formulas, VLookups, pivot tables). Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication in a fast-paced environment.
Highly preferred: CPA or active pursuit of CPA designation, public company experience at a national firm, CPG or inventory-based business background, top-tier ERP and reporting systems experience, and SOX/internal controls knowledge in a public company setting.
Compensation: $65,000–$84,000 based on experience, skills, education, and certifications. Full-time role includes base salary, annual incentive plan, comprehensive health/dental/vision, 401(k) match, equity grants for all full-time employees, flexible vacation, family leave, fitness reimbursement, and education reimbursement.
