Twilio is seeking a Manager of Finance to drive end-to-end operational budget management, financial forecasting, and strategic decision support across the global Marketing organization. This role serves as a trusted finance partner supporting a multi-million dollar program budget across 10 distinct Marketing functions. Key responsibilities include managing Marketing's total OPEX budget with end-to-end ownership of headcount/payroll modeling and detailed PO-level program spend tracking. You will drive strategic financial planning through monthly and quarterly forecasting and long-term financial modeling across the entire Marketing organization. The role requires leading in-quarter budget pacing with Marketing leadership to maintain spend discipline and reallocate uncommitted funds to high-priority initiatives. You will partner closely with Accounting on month-end accruals and close processes while coordinating with Procurement/Sourcing on PR and PO workflows. The position involves executing ad hoc financial analyses, ROI evaluations, and decision support for strategic marketing programs, vendor renewals, and organizational changes. A key focus is modernizing forecasting workflows using FP&A systems, data analytics, and automation tools to streamline processes and shorten cycle times. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or equivalent practical experience, plus 8+ years of progressive corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance experience ideally in high-growth technology or enterprise SaaS. You must have proven experience managing high-volume OPEX program budgets ($50M+), complex PO tracking, vendor accruals per US GAAP, and headcount forecasting across multi-functional teams. Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel/Google Sheets and hands-on experience with enterprise FP&A platforms (Anaplan, Pigment, Adaptive), ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite), and HCM/recruiting systems (Workday, Greenhouse) are essential. Desired experience includes direct FP&A support for Marketing or GTM functions with a proven track record partnering with Sales and Marketing teams, experience modernizing financial workflows and automating manual tasks using data tools (SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, AI-assisted tools), and demonstrated ability to translate marketing and sales performance metrics into top-line business growth and ROI.
