Runway is seeking a Senior/Staff Business & GTM Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across the company's go-to-market and general & administrative teams. This is a strategic recruiting role focused on building high-caliber teams in a fast-growing AI company.
You will own the complete recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing and candidate engagement through interview coordination and offer delivery. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, design customized recruiting strategies, and build targeted candidate pipelines. You'll leverage multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, and GTM/G&A-specific communities to attract top talent.
Key responsibilities include managing search metrics and providing weekly updates to hiring managers, leading best-in-class candidate experiences, and driving diversity initiatives through targeted recruiting programs. You'll also have exposure to broader People functions including Employer Branding, Recruiting Operations, and Employee Experience.
The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of recruiting experience with at least 3 years focused on GTM or G&A recruiting in high-growth, innovative environments. You should have hands-on sourcing expertise, familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse or Ashby preferred), and a demonstrated commitment to building diverse teams. You're entrepreneurial, process-oriented, and collaborative—comfortable working in a startup environment and continuously improving recruiting strategies and candidate pipelines.
