Salary: USD 100,000 - 125,000 / annual

As a Senior Territory Account Manager for Carbon Autonomy, you will own sales across the Tri-Cities and surrounding agricultural regions of Eastern Washington. This is a highly field-based role focused on building relationships with growers and farm operators, identifying automation opportunities, demonstrating technology, and managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting through close.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own and grow the Carbon Autonomy sales pipeline within your territory
- Prospect and develop relationships with growers, farm owners, and agricultural operations
- Understand customers' equipment, labor, and operational challenges and identify automation opportunities
- Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, and field visits
- Manage the full sales cycle, including proposals, negotiations, and closing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and agricultural partners
- Represent Carbon Robotics at industry events, field days, and grower meetings
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, and Product teams
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and territory plans
- Provide customer and market feedback to the wider organization
Extensive travel throughout the territory is required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience in agricultural equipment, AgTech, precision agriculture, or B2B sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of commercial farming and agricultural operations
- Experience selling high-value capital equipment, technology, or complex solutions
- Strong consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based territory
- Excited by AI, robotics, autonomy, and emerging agricultural technology
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively
PREFERRED:
- Experience selling agricultural machinery or technology directly to growers
- Knowledge of John Deere equipment, precision agriculture, GPS/autosteer, or telematics
- Existing network within the Tri-Cities / Columbia Basin farming community
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Existing relationships with growers or agricultural businesses in Eastern Washington
