Okta is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to serve as the premier technical advisor for strategic enterprise customers in the EMEA region, based in Paris. You will build deep executive-level relationships with identity owners and IT leadership at Fortune 500 companies across Financial Services, Healthcare, and Public Sector, acting as their primary technical point of contact. In this role, you will architect tailored technical success plans aligned with customer business objectives, guide expansion of Okta's Workforce Identity solutions across SSO, Adaptive MFA, Device Access, API Access Management, Privileged Access Management, and Identity Governance platforms. You will independently manage complex technical escalations, proactively identify and mitigate roadblocks, and champion customer needs internally by collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Support teams to influence product direction. You will also serve as a thought leader within the TAM organization, delivering workshops and best practice sessions to customers, authoring repeatable technical strategies and assets, and mentoring peer TAMs to strengthen technical capabilities across the global team. Required: 8+ years of IT experience (or 6+ with a Master's degree), 3+ years as a TAM, Technical Consultant, Solution Architect, or Product Manager, and 3+ years with Identity & Access Management solutions. You must have extensive hands-on proficiency with Okta architecture, modern identity protocols (SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect, WS-Fed), lifecycle management and provisioning, hybrid environment integrations, and SaaS ecosystems (O365, Salesforce, Workday, Box). Code proficiency to read and modify quickstarts and scripts is required. BA/BS/MS in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline preferred; Okta Certified, CISSP, or equivalent certifications highly preferred.
