Salary: USD 118,000 - 147,000 / annual

The company seeks a Senior Talent Program Manager to own and shape the global early careers experience, reporting to the Talent & Organizational Development team. In this individual contributor role, you will design and manage scalable early career initiatives including internship programs, new graduate cohorts, and rotational tracks. You'll define program success metrics using participant feedback, hiring outcomes, retention, and performance data to continuously improve effectiveness and demonstrate business impact. You'll design and facilitate interactive development workshops for early career talent, focusing on professional skills, team dynamics, problem-solving, and career navigation. You'll conduct ongoing needs assessments to refine learning pathways, ensuring programs bridge the gap between academic preparation and business performance. You'll deliver world-class program experiences that position Addepar as a top employer of choice for early career applicants, partnering with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to optimize intern-to-full-time conversion. On the university partnerships side, you'll build and nurture strategic relationships with target universities, student organizations, and academic institutions globally to expand the early career pipeline. You'll own the early careers social presence across LinkedIn and relevant channels, developing content strategy and storytelling to strengthen employer brand and engage student communities. You'll travel to key target campuses for career fairs, recruiting events, and relationship building. This role bridges strategy and hands-on execution, requiring someone driven by variety and eager to make tangible impact on how emerging talent enters, grows, and thrives across the organization.
