Quizlet seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its People Team and own day-to-day talent acquisition execution. This is a hands-on role combining recruiting and recruiting operations expertise. Key responsibilities include: **Full-Cycle Recruiting:** Independently manage full-cycle recruiting across various functions and levels, from hiring-manager intake through offer acceptance. Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective search strategies. Source and engage qualified candidates through outbound sourcing, referrals, inbound applications, and other channels. Conduct recruiter screens, guide candidates through interviews, and support offer development and closing. **Recruiting Coordination & Candidate Experience:** Own interview scheduling and coordination across candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and leadership. Manage candidate communications throughout the recruiting process. Coordinate complex interview panels and maintain interview plans, scorecards, and candidate records in Ashby. Identify opportunities to automate administrative work while maintaining personalized candidate experience. **Recruiting Analytics & Reporting:** Own recruiting data integrity and analytics within Ashby. Build dashboards providing visibility into recruiting activity and hiring progress. Track key metrics including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, funnel conversion, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rate. Analyze recruiting funnels to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement. Provide recurring updates and actionable insights to People leadership and hiring managers. **Recruiting Operations & Continuous Improvement:** Serve as subject-matter expert for Ashby and optimize recruiting workflows and processes. Maintain and improve recruiting documentation, templates, and hiring-manager resources. Identify opportunities to simplify and automate workflows. Help establish scalable and consistent recruiting practices. Support recruiting-related compliance and documentation requirements. The role requires 4+ years of talent acquisition, recruiting, or combined recruiting and recruiting operations experience, with demonstrated ability to independently manage full-cycle recruiting. The position is hybrid in San Francisco, requiring presence in the office at least two days per week (Wednesday and Thursday).
