Hinge Health is seeking a Senior Staff Visual Designer to lead the visual strategy and design execution for growth marketing efforts, driving member enrollment through high-impact brand experiences. This role sits on the Brand, Creative & Content Growth team and focuses on translating complex clinical, behavioral, and product value propositions into clear, compelling visual narratives. Key responsibilities include owning the design vision for growth marketing initiatives, bringing new products to market through integrated campaigns, and defining the end-to-end member journey across enrollment and engagement touchpoints. You will architect and maintain scalable design systems, templates, and component libraries that enable rapid iteration while maintaining consistency and craft. A critical part of this role is mentoring other designers, raising the quality bar across the team, and driving creative innovation in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will lead 0→1 product launches and scaled rollouts, using system-level thinking to codify brand expression in component-based systems. The role requires strong cross-functional partnerships with Growth Marketing, Product, Content Strategy, and leadership to align creative work with business goals. You'll thrive in a data-driven environment, using performance data, member behavior, and experimentation learnings to refine concepts and inform future creative strategy. Required qualifications include 3+ years of visual design experience in brand, growth marketing, or integrated campaign environments, with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality work across digital channels (web, email, paid media, landing pages, direct mail). Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is essential, along with experience building or evolving design systems. You should have demonstrated success leading visual strategy for integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, or member-facing go-to-market initiatives, and experience partnering cross-functionally with marketing, product, and content stakeholders. Preferred experience includes healthcare or digital health backgrounds, B2C or B2B2C member journey design, leading design teams, and working in agile or experimentation-heavy environments. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, requiring three days per week in-office with flexibility on remote days during core business hours.
