ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff Outbound Product Manager to drive market success of the AI Assistant portfolio, specifically EmployeeWorks. This role combines product strategy, go-to-market execution, and customer advocacy to shape how enterprises deploy and adopt AI-powered employee assistance at scale.
You will own the full outbound product lifecycle: developing deep customer and market understanding around enterprise deployment constraints (security, governance, change management); defining and testing GA readiness for integrations through packaging, documentation, and operational playbooks; leading adoption campaigns for new capabilities and major integrations; and managing early access programs to validate product direction.
Key responsibilities include serving as the Voice of the Customer advocate within product and engineering; enabling Sales, Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Support teams with talk tracks, ROI narratives, competitive objections, and implementation guides; defining adoption and success metrics; translating field insights and deployment learnings into prioritized requirements for inbound product managers; and driving community engagement and content creation.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, go-to-market, and customer success—ideal for someone who thrives on translating complex enterprise realities into clear narratives and actionable enablement.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years in Product Management, Product Marketing, Solutions, Partner Success, or hybrid PM/PMM role, ideally with enterprise SaaS and platform/integration products
- Demonstrated experience shipping and scaling integrations, connectors, platform ecosystems, or developer/admin-facing features
- Strong understanding of enterprise deployment realities: SSO/OAuth/SAML, permissions and ACLs, data governance, security reviews, compliance, and admin UX
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (using AI tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI impact)
- Ability to craft crisp narratives and practical enablement: writing pitches, building decks, equipping teams to win
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, SE, CS, Support, Marketing, Partnerships, and Security/Legal
- Analytical approach to adoption: defining metrics, instrumenting success, making data-informed recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complexity without losing technical truth
- Strong accountability, influence, and execution capability
- Action-oriented mindset and motivation to deliver impactful outcomes
