ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff Outbound Product Manager to drive the market success of its AI Assistant portfolio, including EmployeeWorks. This role bridges product, go-to-market, and customer success, focusing on shaping narratives, enabling repeatable deployments, and driving adoption across enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop deep customer and market understanding by segmenting needs, analyzing competitive landscapes, and understanding real-world enterprise deployment constraints (security, governance, admin workflows, change management).
- Define and test "GA readiness" for integrations, including packaging, documentation, deployment guides, support escalation paths, and operational playbooks.
- Lead adoption efforts for new capabilities and major integrations through announcements, release notes, demo assets, and internal enablement.
- Manage early access programs to gather feedback and validate new product capabilities.
- Serve as primary Voice of the Customer advocate within product, engineering, and leadership teams.
- Enable Sales, Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Support teams with talk tracks, discovery questions, ROI narratives, competitive objections, implementation checklists, and troubleshooting guides.
- Define and drive adoption and success metrics for the Assistant product.
- Translate field insights and voice-of-customer learnings into prioritized requirements and acceptance criteria for inbound product managers.
- Manage community engagement and create content that drives interest and customer success.

Requirements:
- 10+ years in Product Management, Product Marketing, Solutions, Partner Success, or hybrid PM/PMM roles, ideally with enterprise SaaS and platform/integration products.
- Demonstrated experience shipping and scaling integrations, connectors, platform ecosystems, or developer/admin-facing features.
- Strong understanding of enterprise deployment realities: SSO/OAuth/SAML, permissions and ACLs, data governance, security reviews, compliance, and admin UX.
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact).
- Ability to craft crisp narratives and practical enablement materials (pitches, decks, team enablement).
- Cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, SE, CS, Support, Marketing, Partnerships, and Security/Legal teams.
- Analytical approach to adoption: defining metrics, instrumenting success, and making data-informed recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complexity without losing technical accuracy.
- Strong accountability, influence, and execution capabilities.
- Action-oriented mindset and motivation to deliver impactful outcomes.
