As Senior Recruiter for Marketing, you will own full-cycle recruiting for Verkada's world-class marketing organization, reporting to the Recruiting Manager. You will partner directly with marketing leadership to identify, source, screen, and close top talent across multiple teams including Demand Generation/Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Data Science & Analytics, Channel Marketing, Growth Operations, and Field Marketing. Your work will have high visibility and direct impact on current and future office expansion.
Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruiting workflows (sourcing through closing), developing strategic relationships with marketing stakeholders, creating frameworks and gathering market data for new positions, thinking creatively to engage top talent, maintaining accurate candidate records in Greenhouse ATS, and delivering a high-touch, transparent candidate experience.
You bring 5+ years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience from strategic search firms, startups, or equivalent environments. You excel at influencing with data, navigating fast-paced startup environments, managing competing priorities, and identifying top 1% talent. You combine executive presence with strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to candidate experience excellence. The role requires on-site presence at HQ in San Mateo, CA five days per week.
