Shield AI is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead proposal development and business development operations for its Taiwan office and broader Asia/Middle East Go-To-Market team. This role manages international government, U.S. government, and commercial proposals, as well as related BD Ops deliverables including ROM pricing estimates, RFI responses, and white papers.
The ideal candidate will coordinate across cross-functional teams to support Shield AI's rapidly scaling defense technology operations. Key responsibilities include managing proposal timelines, ensuring quality and compliance, synthesizing technical and commercial requirements, and delivering compelling written and oral communications to government and commercial stakeholders.
Required qualifications: strong written and oral communication skills with technical writing experience preferred; meticulous attention to detail; demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder proposals; experience coordinating across engineering, sales, and executive teams; familiarity with government procurement processes (U.S. and/or international) a plus.
