True Anomaly is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead mission-critical missile defense programs from concept through execution. This is a customer-centric leadership role where you will serve as a trusted partner to defense customers, managing complex programs while integrating technical, schedule, and cost baselines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams across systems engineering, mission operations, program support, communications, IT, facilities, security, safety, and contracts/supply chain functions
- Create and own coordinated program baselines (cost, schedule, technical) in partnership with the chief engineer
- Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships, understanding their mission objectives and aligning program goals accordingly
- Direct program team activities and oversee subcontractor performance to ensure quality standards
- Perform risk and issue assessments with focus on minimizing customer impact and ensuring transparent escalation
- Provide strategic direction and day-to-day management to keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Develop innovative solutions to resolve challenging program issues
- Lead bid/proposal preparations and deliver compelling customer presentations
You will work at the intersection of technical excellence, customer advocacy, and program execution. The role requires demonstrated expertise in risk management, stakeholder engagement, complex program execution, and the ability to lead teams through dynamic situations. This position directly supports national security objectives in the space domain.
