Chime is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market strategy for its personal lending product ecosystem. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, Lending. You will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end go-to-market strategy from launch through scale, including establishing best practices and frameworks for repeatable product launches. Key responsibilities include creating differentiated positioning and messaging that drives customer understanding and adoption, driving cross-functional alignment across Product, Growth, Brand, and Analytics teams, and influencing product strategy through customer insights and competitive analysis. You'll own measurable business outcomes by improving product adoption, engagement, and retention through data-informed marketing strategies. This role sits at the intersection of growth and financial responsibility, requiring you to balance business impact with member trust and regulatory considerations. You'll partner closely with Product, Risk, Legal, and Growth teams to shape product narrative and drive responsible adoption. The ideal candidate brings 6–10+ years of product marketing experience with at least 3+ years in consumer lending or regulated financial services, including exposure to credit risk, underwriting, and loan servicing. You should have a proven track record of owning end-to-end go-to-market strategy with measurable business outcomes in performance-driven environments. Strong fundamentals in audience insights, competitive intelligence, targeting, positioning, value propositions, and messaging are essential. Experience partnering with Product, Growth, Credit Risk, Brand, Analytics, Legal, and Compliance teams is required.
