Ashby is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the Enterprise segment narrative, messaging, and go-to-market enablement. This role focuses on deeply understanding Enterprise buying dynamics—longer sales cycles, sophisticated buying committees, and diverse stakeholders including Finance, Legal, Analysts, Heads of Talent, and RecOps—and translating Ashby's core narrative into compelling stories that resonate with this segment. You will partner closely with the Director of Product Marketing to ensure Enterprise messaging aligns with company-level narrative while going deep on what drives Enterprise and upper mid-market buyer decisions. You'll synthesize customer research, product direction, market dynamics, and company vision into clear, scalable narratives. Key responsibilities include: **Segment Narrative Development**: Conduct deep research and develop messaging frameworks for the full Enterprise buying committee. Translate Ashby's company narrative into stories that resonate with Enterprise buyers. Maintain the Enterprise messaging framework that empowers Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success. **Strategic Sales Partnership**: Partner with Sales Leadership and Solutions Engineering to identify segment opportunities. Develop Enterprise-specific enablement, campaigns, and materials. Act as the connective tissue between Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales on messaging and collateral. Deliver trainings to sales teams on positioning and key initiatives. **Content & Collateral Ownership**: Own Enterprise-specific content including case studies, decks, one-pagers, and ABM campaigns. Support TCO reports and ROI content for internal justification. Ensure CS, Sales, and Marketing alignment on Enterprise messaging. **Project Examples**: Enterprise ABM initiatives, analyst relations briefs, sales leadership strategic initiatives, buying committee messaging for secondary stakeholders, Enterprise sales deck refreshes, and cross-functional alignment efforts. Ideal candidates have backgrounds in Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Competitive Intelligence, Solutions Consulting, or Sales Engineering. You should love the complexity of Enterprise buying, be a confident writer who can flex narratives for sophisticated buyers, own your copy while collaborating with design, and enjoy close partnership with Sales teams.
