HappyRobot is an AI infrastructure platform enabling enterprises to build and orchestrate autonomous AI workforses that make decisions, take action, and run operations across voice, email, and enterprise systems. Founded by Y Combinator (S23) and backed by a16z and Base10 with $60M+ raised, the company powers critical operations for global enterprises, with particular strength in logistics and supply chain. This is a content leadership role on the Growth team, reporting directly to the Head of Growth and working closely with founders. You will own content strategy end-to-end, tying it directly to pipeline and brand goals. This is the company's first dedicated content leadership hire—you'll set strategy and establish voice while remaining hands-on, writing and shipping content from day one, with a clear path to building and managing a team as the function scales. Key responsibilities include: owning content strategy across blog, social, email, and other channels; setting and managing the editorial calendar; writing, editing, and publishing high-quality content aligned with brand voice and business goals; building and executing SEO and GEO-driven content programs to drive inbound demand; partnering with Sales and Customer Success to develop case studies and proof points; translating technical capabilities into narrative for enterprise buyers; collaborating with designers on visual assets; tracking content performance and optimizing based on data; and laying groundwork to hire and manage a content team as the function grows. Required: 6+ years in content, editorial, or content marketing with real ownership of strategy (not just execution); track record building a content function or voice from the ground up, ideally at early-stage startups or with enterprise customers; excellent written communication skills; comfort with content performance tracking and analytics tools (GA, Search Console, Ahrefs); good taste and basic design skills; high sense of urgency. Nice to have: experience in logistics, supply chain, or industrial/operations-heavy enterprise verticals; prior experience building and managing content or editorial teams; familiarity with marketing automation and modern content tools (Webflow, Contentful, HubSpot); SEO expertise and excitement about optimizing in new channels. The company emphasizes extreme ownership, craftsmanship, being a good human ("majo"), urgency with focus, and talent density/meritocracy. Competitive salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits (healthcare, dental, vision).
