Delinea is seeking a Senior Web Marketing Manager to own the company's web experience end-to-end in a strategic, leadership capacity. This is not a hands-on production role but rather a senior strategic ownership position for an experienced operator.
You will define web experience strategy, mapping distinct buyer personas across the entire customer journey from discovery through decision. You'll own conversion and engagement optimization, running continuous A/B and multivariate testing programs, setting targets, and improving key conversion paths. The role includes responsibility for search and answer visibility across traditional SEO, answer engines (AEO), and AI-driven discovery (GEO), including technical SEO, structured data, and LLM-powered search representation.
You will develop strategic direction, requirements, and briefs for internal development and design teams, prioritizing their roadmap and setting standards aligned to business objectives. Cross-functional partnership is central to the role—you'll work closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, Solution Marketing, Customer Marketing, Brand, Demand Gen, and Sales to align web experiences with messaging, campaigns, and pipeline goals.
Measurement and reporting are core responsibilities: you'll define KPIs, build dashboards, and report on web performance, tying metrics to pipeline and revenue across the funnel.
Required qualifications include 7+ years in digital/web marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity, with demonstrated ownership of web strategy and performance outcomes. You need strong grasp of persona-based marketing and multi-stakeholder buyer journeys, proven experience directing or briefing development and design teams, and a track record of cross-functional partnership. Strong command of search visibility (SEO, AEO, GEO), conversion rate optimization, and web analytics (GA4) is essential. Fluency with modern web marketing stack—CMS platforms, A/B testing tools, SEO/AEO tooling (Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog), and tag/analytics management—is required. You should translate business goals into clear technical and design requirements with a data-driven mindset and strong cross-functional communication skills. Bonus experience includes ABM motions, marketing attribution, and selling to technical and security audiences.
