Zapier is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead enterprise go-to-market strategy for the company's next chapter. You will report to the Director of Product Marketing and partner closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading enterprise GTM strategy for new products like Sidekick, defining commercial packaging from design partnerships through general availability
- Shaping Zapier's enterprise ideal customer profile (ICP) and motion into a focused, repeatable GTM engine
- Owning the governance narrative—positioning security, identity management, and safety features for agent-based workflows
- Articulating Zapier's technical differentiators (e.g., fluid determinism) and translating them into buyer-friendly language
- Collaborating with customer advocacy on case studies and proof points for enterprise buyers
- Providing product-level depth in competitive deals, grounding competitive positioning in specific workflows and features
- Working across the PMM team on positioning, launches, and narratives supporting enterprise deals
- Partnering with product and sales to shape and close enterprise opportunities on new platform capabilities
- Translating product updates into field-ready revenue enablement materials and feeding deal feedback back to product
You will be entrepreneurial at enterprise scale—moving quickly with the rigor enterprise deals require while staying close to what buyers actually need. You'll use data from customer conversations, deal feedback, and packaging experiments to form strong opinions and drive decisions.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Technical credibility in explaining Zapier's differentiators and how they show up in the product
