Rula is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Provider Experience team, focused on building tools that help therapists run efficient, healthy practices and deliver excellent patient care. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Product (Provider) and own initiatives around automating administrative workflows using AI—including clinical note writing, client scheduling, and paperwork—as well as developing real-time clinical guidance tools for use during therapy sessions. Your core mission is to give therapists back hours of their week by simplifying complex workflows and building intuitive, high-efficiency product experiences. You'll work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and clinical teams to understand therapist pain points, constraints, and day-to-day workflows, then translate those insights into product strategy and execution. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record building and scaling SMB SaaS, productivity tools, or operations platforms. You should have demonstrated success driving measurable impact in user retention, workflow efficiency, or task automation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential—you'll use data, experimentation, and qualitative insights to inform decisions. Preferred experience includes building products for time-constrained professional users, working with AI/ML and automation to streamline workflows, and navigating high-complexity domains like compliance, clinical software, or billing systems. Rula is a remote-first, Series C-funded mental health company dedicated to destigmatizing mental healthcare and treating the whole person. The company currently hires across most U.S. states (excluding Hawaii) and offers comprehensive benefits including 100% remote work, transparent pay, full health coverage, 401(k), generous PTO with two company-wide shutdown weeks annually, paid parental leave, home office stipend, and wellness programs.
