In this role, you will define and execute the product strategy for Foodics ERP across the Middle East and Egypt. You will build an AI-native ERP platform deeply integrated with Foodics' financial services ecosystem, ensuring end-to-end financial workflows for restaurants from transaction capture through financial reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing ERP workflows compliant with regional tax authorities (ZATCA in Saudi Arabia, UAE VAT regulations, Egyptian Tax Authority, and other regional frameworks)
- Ensuring the system supports VAT, e-invoicing, and regulatory reporting requirements across markets
- Developing AI-driven automation rules for bookkeeping and reconciliation to minimize manual finance tasks
- Enabling AI-powered transaction categorization from POS, payments, and expenses
- Designing smart, AI-native ERP workflows tailored for restaurant operations
- Ensuring seamless integration with Foodics POS, Payments, Inventory & Purchasing, Payroll and Expenses, and Banking integrations
- Building APIs and integrations with external financial systems as needed
- Translating product vision into roadmaps, PRDs, and execution plans
- Working closely with engineering, design, compliance, and financial experts
- Prioritizing features based on customer value, regulatory requirements, and scalability
- Conducting market research on regional ERP solutions and regulatory environments
- Gathering feedback from accountants, restaurant operators, and finance teams
- Identifying opportunities to simplify financial workflows for SMEs and enterprise restaurant groups

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5-6 years of experience in Product Management
- Prior ERP experience is required; Fintech experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience building products with tax compliance or regulatory frameworks
- Ability to work with complex financial workflows and automation systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, compliance, and finance
