You will own a core product surface end-to-end, reporting to the SVP of Product and Technology. This is a senior individual contributor role with high autonomy and direct impact on company outcomes. You will form hypotheses, run tests independently, and drive measurable improvements without waiting on committees or processes. You'll work closely with a dedicated engineer and have real latitude to shape how the product works.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own an end-to-end product surface from user experience through success metrics, driving continuous improvement
- Design and run A/B tests and post-hoc analysis independently using session replays, customer discovery, and data
- Partner closely with engineering to translate complex requirements into clear specs and clean UX
- Collaborate across functions (marketing, ML, sales, operations, finance) to align product with user needs and business goals
- Build reliable, scalable systems that internal and external stakeholders can trust
- Define and own metrics for your surface and report on them clearly
The role is foundational—you'll operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and design in an AI-native company where roles are fluid and ownership is broad.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in product management with a track record of owning and measurably improving a product surface or conversion funnel
- Deep fluency in experimentation: design tests, own analysis, ship decisions fast with data backing
- Comfortable operating at the intersection of product, engineering, design, and other functions with a keen eye for UX
- Hands-on, shipped experience building with AI tools (you will be asked to demonstrate something you have built)
- Builder mentality: you act and do, not just plan; energized by broad ownership in fluid environments
- Strong communication skills; able to write clearly and influence cross-functionally
- Authorized to work in the US for any employer
- Prior experience in automotive, EV, marketplace, or fintech systems is a plus
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with two-sided marketplaces or high-volume transactional funnels, owning both supply and demand sides
- Daily use of AI in product craft and expanding capabilities with AI tools
- Strong track record in B2B SaaS working directly with enterprise or OEM partners where customer relationships drove value
- Platform and API product fluency, including designing and exposing internal APIs to external partners
