In this role, you will be a decisive, action-oriented operator who turns competing stakeholder needs into clear product direction. You have a bias toward shipping MVPs, learning fast, and iterating rather than waiting for perfect certainty. You are energized by ambiguity and can make calls, move forward, and adjust course as new information emerges.
You demonstrate a clear passion for building products that work in the hands of real users, not just in theory. You understand that there are multiple ways to solve problems and know how to navigate complex healthcare stakeholder ecosystems—patients, providers, and payers—to drive alignment and superior outcomes.
