As Senior Product Manager, you will own a flagship product within AKASA's Clinical Documentation and Medical Coding suite. This product improves physician documentation quality, helps clinicians identify missing diagnoses, converts documentation to medical codes, and ensures financial integrity for health systems. The role operates at high leverage within a scaled organization: a small, elite PM group partnered with a substantial, world-class engineering and ML team building truly AI-native products that deliver hundreds of millions in measurable customer value. Key responsibilities include: Strategy: Generate and evaluate new product ideas working with customers, prospects, and industry experts. Develop deep domain knowledge through expert interviews and research. Create roadmaps, PRDs, and plans to align resources on new initiatives. Execution: Lead R&D resources and engineering teams to execute product ideas. Provide product leadership to implementation teams. Own product performance in market working with cross-functional partners. Develop supporting product materials with marketing and implementation teams. Alignment: Prepare impactful presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Interact frequently with executive and functional leaders on strategy and execution. Present to and learn from prospects and customers. You'll collaborate closely with customer design partners from prominent health systems, an extraordinary internal ML team that trains net-new models in-house, and domain SMEs who are industry-leading experts.
