Coupa Software is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Supply Chain Optimization team, specifically owning the supply chain data platform and the Data Flows product. This product enables business users to build supply chain digital twins through data transformation operations and integrates with third-party data sources.
In this role, you will drive the vision, roadmap planning, and execution of the supply chain modeling platform across both near-term (several months) and longer-term (1-2 year) horizons. You'll manage the entire product lifecycle from strategy through delivery, including defining market needs, writing detailed product requirements, providing development support, and enabling downstream teams. You'll balance innovation with customer and market needs to deliver intuitive, useful solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing the supply chain modeling platform roadmap
- Collaborating closely with engineering, design, and UX teams through design, build, and test phases
- Conducting competitive market analysis and evaluating potential partnerships
- Representing the product internally and externally, including occasional global travel and customer presentations
- Acting as the voice of the customer, spending time understanding pain points and developing innovative solutions
- Driving measurable commercial impact through data-informed decision-making
You'll sit at the intersection of business, engineering, and user experience, leveraging your industry expertise and customer relationships to shape the product strategy. The role requires a blend of business acumen, technical understanding, and vision execution.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years of Technical Product Management experience at the Senior PM level
- Strong understanding of UX principles and ability to work effectively with designers to prioritize usable, well-designed solutions
- Demonstrated ability to quickly master complex new domains and tackle hands-on work
- Deep knowledge of market, customers, and competitive landscape, integrated into product strategy
- Ability to balance team, company, and external priorities with effective decision-making
- Fluency with AI technologies to enhance product development quality and velocity
- Willingness to learn, travel, and engage with customers across varying sophistication levels
