As a Senior Product Manager on the Coupa Pay team, you will drive product initiatives that deliver innovation, strengthen customer adoption, and unblock customer success. This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds trust across cross-functional teams, and uses data to inform strategic decisions. You will bring a strong bias for action, deep curiosity about how products work end-to-end, and a genuine commitment to making both customers and colleagues successful.
Key responsibilities include owning product strategy and roadmap for assigned initiatives, collaborating with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to deliver customer value, analyzing market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities, and driving metrics-driven decision-making.
