The company emphasizes evidence-based, compassionate mental health care and aims to destigmatize mental health treatment.
Required: 5+ years of product design experience with a strong shipped portfolio. Demonstrated success designing multi-step workflows for productivity tools, operations platforms, or business software, with measurable gains in workflow efficiency. Cross-functional collaboration experience with product, engineering, operations, and ideally compliance/policy partners. Mastery of Figma for end-to-end design, prototyping, and system-level thinking. Strong communication skills to articulate tradeoffs and document workflow logic. Ownership orientation from problem space through feature delivery and evolution.
Preferred: Experience in high-trust domains (healthcare, fintech, enterprise systems). Design experience for business/practice management teams with complex workflows. Comfort translating ambiguous problems into lightweight, AI-enabled experiences. User research experience with business/practice owners. Contribution to or building of enterprise design systems. Familiarity with accessibility requirements for finance/healthcare.
