Scentbird is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the conception, wireframing, design, and implementation of product design initiatives across web and mobile app platforms. This role reports to the Product Design Director and focuses on creating engaging, beautiful, and emotionally resonant user experiences.
You will own the full design lifecycle for assigned products, balancing needs across both web and app platforms. Key responsibilities include conducting and managing ongoing user research, designing and executing usability testing to validate concepts before team review, developing wireframes and high-fidelity designs, collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure successful implementation, and contributing to design system evolution and consistency.
The ideal candidate brings deep UX expertise combined with exceptional UI craft and visual design skills. You should have strong problem-solving abilities, experience with user research methodologies, familiarity with A/B testing and analytics, and a business-minded approach to design decisions. You'll be self-driven, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and able to inspire and elevate the work of cross-functional partners.
