As Senior Product Design Manager for HRIS and India Design Site Lead, you will lead a team of approximately 6 designers focused on Rippling's HCM and HRIS products. Additionally, you'll serve as site lead for the broader India design organization, supporting an additional ~5 designers across Payroll, Finance, and Platform teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading design strategy and execution for HRIS and core HCM products that manage employee records, onboarding, compliance, and global workforce operations
- Growing and developing design talent within the India office
- Strengthening team culture and fostering collaboration across design disciplines
- Partnering with cross-functional leaders (product, engineering, leadership) to raise the quality and impact of design across the organization
- Shaping Rippling's AI-first future by designing intelligent workflows and agentic experiences that automate HR work at scale
- Navigating complex product domains and translating operational complexity into clear, confident user experiences
You'll work on products at the heart of how companies manage their workforce, with the opportunity to influence both the India design site and the broader product direction. The role requires strong leadership, design vision, and the ability to balance team development with hands-on product impact.
