As Senior Partner Marketing Manager for ISV & Strategic Alliances, you will lead high-impact partner marketing programs driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth through Dialpad's strategic technology partnerships. You will primarily support the Google Cloud partnership globally and T-Mobile for Business nationally, while helping accelerate growth across the broader ISV and Strategic Alliance ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include:
• Develop and execute annual and quarterly partner marketing plans for Google Cloud globally and T-Mobile for Business nationally, aligning co-marketing programs to revenue targets, partner priorities, and product strategy.
• Create strategic partner marketing programs and repeatable go-to-market plays, including Workspace-led displacement, enterprise voice, contact center solutions, and Google Cloud Marketplace initiatives that drive partner engagement and pipeline.
• Build scalable co-marketing frameworks and best practices that strengthen partner activation and can extend to additional ISV and Strategic Alliance partners as the business grows.
• Develop integrated, account-based go-to-market campaigns with strategic partners and Dialpad's Channel Sales team, coordinating target accounts, messaging, roles, and execution across content, webinars, email, social, and landing pages.
• Partner closely with Channel Sales and strategic partners to ensure marketing investments align with shared business priorities while continuously improving measurement and operating practices.
You will report to the Sr. Manager, Partner Marketing (Head of Partner Marketing). This role requires someone intensely curious, scrappy, and persistent—someone who can operate at a high level and drive measurable results in a fast-moving, ambitious organization.
