ServiceNow's Enterprise & Field Marketing organization is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to lead marketing operations strategy across the APAC region. This is a high-impact role reporting into APAC Marketing leadership, where you will own end-to-end marketing operations for an assigned portfolio of APAC markets or programs, driving revenue growth, pipeline acceleration, and customer success across direct and indirect sales channels. Key responsibilities include: - Owning marketing operations strategy for assigned APAC markets/programs, continuously unlocking growth, effectiveness, and efficiency - Acting as a trusted advisor to in-market marketing leaders on planning, budgeting, rhythm of business, insights, and process/automation/AI adoption - Developing and transforming marketing activities to build, accelerate, and close pipeline with consistent methodology - Implementing budget, planning, forecasting, and pipeline management tools across the portfolio in partnership with APAC Marketing Business Director and MOps leadership - Running rhythm of business (ROB) cadences—cross-market reviews, measurement, and recovery actions—creating networks among cross-functional groups - Forecasting, measuring, analyzing, and reporting on marketing program impact against KPIs/OKRs aligned to standard sales models (pipeline stages, cycle length, net new revenue growth, buying group engagement, indirect revenue growth, advocacy) - Delivering data and actionable insights for Quarterly Business Reviews and Pipeline reviews focused on improved performance - Liaising with APAC Field Marketing, Global MOps, Global Programs, Strategy & Ops, and Sales teams to ensure business context and program analysis - Building positive working relationships across Major Areas and Global teams, resolving issues, and ensuring data quality in internal marketing systems - Acting as a test bed for innovation—building and testing new processes, automation, and AI to scale marketing operations and drive systematic growth - Mentoring junior marketing operations team members, sharing lessons learned, and ensuring strong ethics and cross-cultural sensitivity - Creating templates and playbooks that scale from single-market to multi-market contexts You will interact directly with regional business leaders and marketing teams across multiple APAC markets, playing a key role in accelerating pipeline growth and being jointly accountable for revenue targets. Success requires a strong foundation in SaaS and enterprise technology, multi-faceted experience in integrated marketing strategy and program development, relationship management skills, cross-functional coordination, adaptability, and expertise in enterprise technology marketing in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Commerce (MBA well regarded) and 12+ years of overall experience, OR an advanced degree with marketing emphasis and equivalent experience, with significant portion in high-tech/B2B marketing operations - Demonstrable success operating across multiple markets or regions in dynamic, complex environments, with proven ability to create consensus and influence without direct authority - Ability to work independently, think, plan, and problem-solve strategically in fast-paced, high-growth environment with firm focus on execution within deadlines - Experience leveraging AI and applying critical thinking to work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving - Excellent, prescriptive communication and storytelling skills to deliver information across sales and marketing leaders and junior team members - Extreme attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills - Comfort working with variety of stakeholders across Sales, Product, Customer Success, and other functions - Keen understanding of SaaS markets, business models, and buyer personas - Data-driven with experience using CRM and/or marketing automation software; Advanced MS Excel mandatory; advanced Power BI well received - Experience managing budgets and vendors to deliver effective marketing programs across multiple markets
