Scopely, a leading mobile games publisher behind MONOPOLY GO!, Pokémon GO, and Stumble Guys, is seeking a Senior Marketing Artist to join the Flamed creative agency team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis (3 days in office).
You will be responsible for crafting high-quality static marketing visuals—including ads, store assets, and social media posts—for some of the world's top mobile games. Working within established pipelines and templates, you'll produce polished visuals using 2D and 3D tools, with expertise in lighting, retouching, and compositional balance. A key part of this role involves executing AI-generated visuals, refining them through paintovers, compositing, and final layout to deliver brand-aligned creative assets.
You'll partner closely with Art Directors and Lead Artists to ensure all visuals reflect brand identity and meet production benchmarks. Responsibilities include maintaining brand guideline compliance, collaborating with international teams to ensure visual alignment and timely delivery, tracking work through internal workflow tools, and participating in creative brainstorms and performance-based iteration cycles informed by KPI data.
Required qualifications: 5+ years in marketing or production art roles (ideally gaming/entertainment), strong portfolio with 3D compositions, character posing, and AI-assisted work samples, expert-level Adobe Photoshop skills, solid 3D integration and lighting proficiency (Blender or Maya), understanding of visual fundamentals (layout, color, lighting, storytelling), self-driven work ethic for fast-paced timelines, fluent English communication, and comfort collaborating across international time zones.
Nice-to-have skills include fast sketching, UA/ASO asset production experience, familiarity with AI art pipelines and prompt writing, production tracking systems, and brand development experience. Portfolio or work examples are required for consideration.
