This Senior Manager role reports to the VP of Brand and Marketing Communications and owns HeartFlow's complete social media strategy and execution. You will lead organic and paid social programs across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Instagram, drive healthcare provider (HCP) engagement, build community, and position HeartFlow as a leader in AI-driven cardiovascular care.
Key responsibilities include: defining channel strategy and building content plans for physician and healthcare provider audiences; managing a unified social content calendar across major platforms with agility for product launches and earned-media opportunities; leading paid social amplification and evaluating emerging channels; driving proactive community engagement and building a comments library; leading the HCP engagement program in partnership with field teams; activating employee advocacy; ensuring compliance and brand standards through cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Medical Affairs; defining and tracking KPIs with dashboards for stakeholder reporting; and managing external social media agencies and designers.
You bring deep social media fluency, strong creative judgment, and proven ability to build and execute social strategy at scale. You're comfortable with design tools (Canva, Figma), AI-powered content workflows, social listening and analytics platforms (Sprout, Brandwatch), and community-building. You're metric-driven, nimble, and excited to shape the voice of a leading AI-driven healthcare company.
