ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Marketing for its Sales CRM product line. This is a hands-on builder role, not a storytelling seat. You will own the complete product marketing motion for ServiceNow Sales CRM, spanning GTM activation, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, content development, and messaging/positioning.
Key responsibilities include:
**GTM Activation:** Partner with Sales, Demand Gen, and Field Marketing to ensure messaging translates into deals. Build and execute launch plans with clear milestones and cross-functional coordination. Identify positioning gaps in the field and develop content and programs to address them.
**Sales Enablement:** Create daily-use tools for sellers including pitch decks, talk tracks, battle cards, discovery frameworks, and competitive objection handlers. Run enablement sessions (live training, recorded content) that drive adoption. Work closely with sales leadership and frontline reps to understand what's working in market.
**Competitive Intelligence:** Understand ServiceNow's competitive positioning and build content that arms sellers to win. Track market moves, synthesize insights, and communicate them quickly to relevant stakeholders.
**Content & Programs:** Build assets across the full funnel—thought leadership, event programs, customer stories, analyst materials. Prioritize ruthlessly; knowing what to say no to is as important as knowing what to build.
**Messaging & Positioning:** Own the narrative for how ServiceNow wins in CRM. Translate product capabilities into customer-facing messaging for CROs, RevOps leaders, and sales teams. Keep messaging current as product and competitive landscape evolve.
ServiceNow emphasizes that this role requires someone who has shipped and activated GTM motions end-to-end, built tools sellers actually use, and works closely with sales to understand deal dynamics. The company is flexible on background—strong candidates may come from product marketing, solutions marketing, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, demand generation, field marketing, or GTM strategy roles in B2B SaaS.
**Requirements:**
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, GTM strategy, demand gen, or combination thereof
- Proven track record of building and activating GTM programs that drove measurable outcomes (pipeline, win rate, field adoption)
- Experience working in or closely alongside enterprise sales organizations
- Strong written communication skills (this role requires significant writing)
- Comfortable presenting to and working with senior stakeholders, including sales leadership and executives
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- CRM, sales tech, or enterprise SaaS domain knowledge is a plus but not required
