Salary: USD 125,000 - 135,000 / annual

The Sr. Manager, Marketing Systems & Automation leads the Marketing Operations team in building a next-generation, data-driven, AI-enabled MarTech stack. This role owns the design and execution of omnichannel campaigns across all owned platforms, translating positioning and brand requirements into audience, channel, and journey design. You will coach partner teams on best practices, maintain system standards, and assess new marketing tools for migration of existing processes. Key responsibilities include: - Develop and execute omnichannel campaigns in partnership with product marketing, creative, and content teams, holding each campaign to explicit KPIs from brief through post-launch readout. - Build, deploy, and supervise automated and agent-assisted marketing workflows and internal tools, ensuring proper human-in-the-loop oversight and testing. - Maintain the MarTech stack through documentation, training, best-practice establishment, and AI skills development for the marketing team. - Support the customer data foundation by working with Salesforce and Databricks partners; steward data infrastructure for segmentation and campaign measurement. - Own campaign and channel performance reporting. This position converts manual campaign assembly into governed, supervised automation and builds the context, content, and data assets that AI-assisted marketing depends on. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 7–9 years in marketing operations, marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, or database marketing - Documented history of successfully driving complex projects to completion - Hands-on ownership of a marketing automation/campaign execution platform (audience construction, journey building, QA, deliverability) - Working understanding of SQL, HTML, and common marketing operations code; able to validate and troubleshoot, including AI-generated output - Ownership of campaign taxonomy, naming standards, UTM governance, and campaign hierarchy - Demonstrated experience building an automation, internal tool, or workflow that others adopted - Experience using AI tools for production work - Ability to translate business and brand requirements into explicit, testable rules - Sound judgment on data sensitivity, privacy, and disclosure in consumer lending; working knowledge of applicable data privacy law - Analytical, curious, and creative; able to reconcile conflicting sources and distinguish stated requests from underlying needs - Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards - Exceptional verbal and written communication at all organizational levels - Experience migrating campaigns, audiences, and journeys between enterprise marketing automation platforms (preferred) - Ability to exercise discretion and work with autonomy - Regulated industry experience preferred
