The Senior Manager, HR People Partner will serve as a strategic HR advisor to the North America organization, leading the HR Business Partner team in a player-coach model while directly supporting Product, Engineering, and key business functions. This role bridges people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience to help leaders build high-performing teams in a fast-paced fintech environment. Key responsibilities include: **HR Business Partnership**: Act as a trusted advisor to leaders across Product, Engineering, and other North America functions. Lead and coach the HR Business Partner team while maintaining hands-on partnership. Align people strategies with business objectives, provide guidance on talent management, workforce planning, employee development, and organizational design. Support business planning with workforce insights and talent recommendations. Partner with leaders on team performance, engagement, retention, and capability needs. Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to implement enterprise talent, rewards, learning, and engagement initiatives. **Organizational Effectiveness**: Support organizational design, restructuring, and transformation initiatives. Assess team effectiveness and implement solutions supporting business priorities. Help leaders navigate change through planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement. Facilitate workshops and leadership planning sessions. Translate people strategy into scalable solutions for high-performing teams. **Employee Experience & Engagement**: Support engagement efforts including surveys, focus groups, and listening sessions. Interpret engagement insights and develop action plans. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Learning & Development to enhance employee experience. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve consistency. Monitor and report on key metrics. **Talent Management & Workforce Planning**: Lead workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession discussions. Identify skills gaps and development opportunities. Collaborate on hiring strategies for critical roles. Support internal mobility and leadership development. Use people analytics to provide data-informed insights. **Culture & Inclusion**: Champion company culture and values across North America. Support inclusion and engagement initiatives. Partner with leaders to create positive team environments. Facilitate team-building and leadership development sessions. **Employee Relations & Compliance**: Provide coaching on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation. Partner with HR leadership and Legal on sensitive matters. Ensure consistent application of HR policies and employment practices.
