You will own the lead generation funnel end-to-end, from top-of-funnel acquisition through MQL/SQL handoff and conversion. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role reporting to the Head of Marketing, where you'll set and execute growth strategy across paid acquisition, CRM/lifecycle marketing, and B2B funnel performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Own lead generation funnel strategy and targets for pipeline volume and quality
- Set and drive growth marketing strategy across paid and owned channels, identifying highest-leverage opportunities
- Manage performance marketing campaigns hands-on: budget allocation, bidding, creative testing, optimization for CAC, ROAS, and conversion efficiency
- Partner closely with Sales on lead routing, funnel handoffs, feedback loops, and shared pipeline/revenue goals
- Lead quarterly and annual growth planning with Finance and RevOps; allocate budgets across channels and forecast against pipeline targets
- Collaborate with Account Management on lifecycle marketing strategy to improve retention, engagement, and funnel velocity
- Design and lead A/B tests, audience segmentation, and channel experiments
- Use Salesforce data to connect marketing spend to pipeline and revenue outcomes; report ROI and funnel health to leadership
- Build dashboards and measurement frameworks in GA4, GTM, and Looker with Analytics team
The role is hybrid (3 days/week in-office) for St. Louis-based candidates, or fully remote for candidates in all other US states.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 5–7 years in growth or performance marketing with direct ownership of a lead generation funnel in B2B
- Hands-on, platform-level experience running and optimizing campaigns in Google and Meta
- Track record of setting and delivering against pipeline, CAC, and ROAS targets
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales (lead handoff, funnel alignment)
- Strong grasp of marketing KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CVR, retention, LTV) and how to move them through strategic and tactical decisions
- Familiarity with Salesforce, GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio sufficient to direct reporting and measurement work
- Comfortable owning budget decisions and defending trade-offs to leadership
- Bias toward action; able to move between strategy and hands-on campaign execution
