Cohesity, a leader in AI-powered data security serving over 13,600 enterprise customers including 85+ Fortune 100 companies, is seeking a Senior International Project Manager based in London. This role sits at the heart of the International leadership team, responsible for designing and executing strategic projects that drive the company's go-to-market (GTM) motion across Europe, Emerging Markets, and Asia-Pacific Japan (APJ). You will own and drive the International Program Management framework, ensuring visibility and accountability from leadership to District Manager level. Key responsibilities include defining program milestones, workstreams, and success metrics in partnership with International leadership and the Corporate PMO. You'll maintain a consolidated International project plan integrating inputs from all three regions, establish regular operating rhythms with program reviews and steering committees, and drive the localization and sequencing of corporate sales plays across geographically and culturally diverse markets. This is a cross-functional role requiring close collaboration with regional sales, channel, technical, finance, and enablement teams, as well as Corporate Strategy, Operations, and PMO functions. You'll translate corporate sales strategies into measurable field-level results, own end-to-end management of key International programs (such as the Cyber Up Program), and track progress against metrics while maintaining clear visibility for stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong GTM/sales operations background with the standing to influence and hold accountable International SVPs, Regional VPs, and field leadership. You should have extensive experience standing up program structures and operating rhythms from scratch, proven ability to drive alignment across diverse regions with different priorities and working styles, and a track record of turning KPIs into actionable recommendations. You take personal accountability for program outcomes and field results, make judgment calls with incomplete information, resolve blockers directly, and proactively surface risks and opportunities early. Experience with data privacy and international compliance is valuable given the global scope.
