Lumilens is building critical photonics infrastructure for AI supercomputing, including chip-to-chip optical interconnects and scalable photonic engines. The company is Series B-funded and led by industry veterans focused on unlocking faster, cooler, and more efficient computing systems.
We seek a strategic, hands-on Senior HR Business & Talent Partner to lead HR operations across Lumilens' two manufacturing sites in Chon Buri and Pinehurst, Thailand. This role serves as the primary HR lead for both sites, partnering closely with site leadership, hiring managers, and the global People team.
Key responsibilities include:
Recruiting & Talent Strategy: Lead full-cycle talent acquisition for both sites, focusing on production, engineering, operations, quality, and leadership roles. Partner with site leaders to understand workforce plans and translate business goals into recruiting strategies. Own sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer support. Use market insights and hiring data to improve recruiting effectiveness and quality of hire. Build candidate and hiring manager experiences reflecting company culture and pace.
HR Business Partnership & Employee Experience: Serve as primary HR partner for employees and managers across both sites. Provide day-to-day guidance on employee relations, performance conversations, organizational changes, and people decisions. Partner with global HR, site leadership, IT, Finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent program implementation. Strengthen onboarding for new hires with clear 30/60/90-day plans. Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience as manufacturing operations scale.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (master's preferred). 8-12 years progressive HR experience including business partnership and full-cycle recruiting. Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, engineering, or site-based workforces preferred. Strong ability to partner with site leaders, influence hiring decisions, and balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution. Demonstrated ability to build recruiting pipelines, manage hiring processes, and use data to improve outcomes. Excellent judgment, communication skills, and comfort working across local and global teams in fast-paced environments.
