FourKites is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale demand generation programs that convert target accounts into qualified pipeline. This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role reporting to the Director of Corporate Marketing.
You will own demand generation end-to-end, including paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), nurture campaigns, content syndication, and shared ownership of the webinar program. You'll set demand gen campaign strategy and drive it forward independently while collaborating on overall messaging strategy and brand direction.
Key Responsibilities:
Demand Generation Strategy & Campaigns: Design and execute integrated marketing plans spanning paid, content, and lifecycle programs with roadmaps and budgets to hit awareness, conversion, and pipeline targets. Own strategy and execution for all demand generation campaigns that nurture and convert leads into opportunities. Build and manage always-on and campaign-specific nurture programs in coordination with sales development. Own end-to-end execution for roughly half of the webinar program (platform administration, promotion, registration, follow-up). Draft first-pass content supporting demand gen campaigns—landing pages, campaign emails, ad copy, and gated assets. Use AI tools to accelerate campaign work through copy drafting, data summarization, and execution.
Paid Media & Search: Own strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, including keyword strategy, bid management, audience targeting, and budget allocation across funnel stages. Own quarterly keyword planning with competitive gap analysis, tiered keyword strategy, and forecasting. Maintain and refresh ICP and target persona/title lists each half or after major launches.
Programs & Partnerships: Own content syndication programs end-to-end—vendor selection, contracting, asset delivery, and lead handoff. Own third-party promotions and paid placements from vendor outreach through performance tracking. Build and maintain campaign planning templates and calendars.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with agency contractors on social media (drafting ~two posts per week). Partner with the Director on nurture and webinar strategy. Partner with marketing operations on reporting infrastructure—pipeline sourced/influenced, cost per opportunity, channel-level ROI. Continuously test, measure, and iterate on targeting, messaging, and spend allocation.
Success Metrics: In 90 days, you'll own paid media and webinar programs, be fluent in campaign performance and ICP targeting, and have a working rhythm with the Director. By month six, you'll run demand gen campaigns independently end-to-end, have a content syndication program live generating qualified leads, improved reporting visibility into pipeline sourced by channel, and tightened campaign planning processes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS
- Supply chain, logistics, transportation technology, or AI agents experience is a strong plus
- Direct, hands-on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns from strategy through execution and optimization
- Strong project management instincts—comfortable building templates, processes, and calendars
- Collaborative style; ability to work closely with Director, sales, content, and marketing operations
- Comfort working with data and marketing ops to track performance; fluency in numbers to determine what to test next
- Strong writing skills—clear, human copy for campaigns
