As Senior Global Clinical Operations Manager for US & Canada, you will manage a defined portion of Carrot's provider network, building and maintaining strong relationships with fertility clinics across assigned geographies. You'll operate with increasing autonomy in this role, handling contract and rate negotiations, resolving partner escalations, and improving both partner performance and member experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a defined provider network portfolio and building trusted clinic relationships
- Participating in and independently handling portions of contract negotiations and rate discussions
- Supporting complex provider escalations and issue resolution
- Identifying and escalating partnership risks that could impact member experience, revenue, or strategy
- Defining, tracking, and analyzing partnership KPIs including contract progression, coverage expansion, provider utilization, and partner performance
- Synthesizing data, partner feedback, and market trends into actionable recommendations for leadership
- Identifying opportunities to improve clinic workflows and the end-to-end member experience
- Partnering cross-functionally to improve processes, templates, and tooling for scalable partnership management
- Maintaining accuracy and integrity of partnership data across core systems
Success in the first 12-18 months means building trusted relationships across your provider network, advancing contract discussions effectively, improving provider issue resolution speed and quality, establishing strong visibility into network KPIs, implementing scalable process improvements, and contributing clear recommendations that enhance provider performance and member experience.
You bring 2-4 years of experience in partnerships, account management, or related roles with relationship management and negotiation exposure. You have demonstrated understanding of fertility clinic practices, patient journeys, and office operations, with strong knowledge of healthcare operations and provider dynamics.
