Salary: USD 119,000 - 175,000 / annual
Gong is seeking a Senior G&A Recruiter to serve as a strategic talent partner for General & Administrative functions. This role goes beyond traditional recruiting—you'll partner closely with G&A leaders to shape hiring strategy, influence talent decisions, and deliver exceptional candidates that enable Gong to scale rapidly.
You will lead full-cycle recruiting for niche and competitive talent markets, from kickoff through offer. Your responsibilities include understanding business priorities and translating them into effective hiring strategies, serving as a trusted advisor using data and market intelligence to influence decisions, and proactively identifying risks and removing obstacles to keep hiring teams aligned and accountable.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with G&A leaders to understand priorities and develop hiring strategies
- Lead searches from kickoff through offer with high-quality candidate experience
- Build strong relationships with executives, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Develop thoughtful sourcing strategies for niche talent markets, engaging passive candidates
- Continuously improve recruiting processes and hiring outcomes through operational excellence
- Represent Gong externally as a culture ambassador
You'll need 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with significant G&A support (Finance experience is a bonus). You thrive in high-growth environments where priorities shift quickly, have demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders, and possess strong business acumen. You're comfortable navigating ambiguity, driving alignment, and holding stakeholders accountable. Exceptional execution skills, communication, and a collaborative, low-ego approach with high ownership are essential.
