OpenLoop is a telehealth platform enabling care delivery at scale across all 50 US states. The company seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its finance team remotely or at headquarters in Des Moines, IA.
You will own financial planning, analysis, and decision support for the business. Core responsibilities include developing and maintaining financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning; preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with variance analysis; analyzing financial statements, trends, and KPIs to surface actionable insights; and supporting annual budget development and periodic forecasts in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
You will monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions. You'll conduct scenario analyses and financial simulations to evaluate business opportunities and risks, support strategic planning initiatives, and prepare presentations for senior management and the Board highlighting key metrics and recommendations.
Additionally, you will identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems, assist in implementing new financial tools and technologies, and support special projects as needed.
Required: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; 4–6 years of FP&A or related financial experience; strong foundational knowledge of accounting and corporate finance; experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis; excellent communication skills; attention to detail; and comfort learning new business models and navigating ambiguous data in a scaling environment.
Preferred: Prior FP&A experience in HealthTech, Digital Health, or Pharmacy operations; experience in startup/early-stage environments; M&A modeling or corporate development experience; or Private Equity/Investment Banking background.
