ClassPass, part of the Playlist ecosystem (which includes Mindbody), is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and analysis for the ClassPass business. ClassPass is a platform connecting people with thousands of fitness and wellness experiences worldwide, helping individuals lead active, balanced lifestyles. In this role, you will be a key member of the FP&A team, primarily focused on the ClassPass business while contributing to broader Playlist company responsibilities. You will own monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including performance commentary and variance analysis. You'll help build comprehensive budgets and forecasts—including the annual operating plan and monthly/quarterly/longer-term outlooks—that guide executive decision-making. Key responsibilities include: analyzing drivers of variance between forecast and actuals, partnering with stakeholders on operational and strategic responses, operationalizing key financial metrics and models in partnership with Pricing & Inventory and Business Intelligence teams, monitoring health and performance of critical business functions (marketing spend, payments/revenue collection, studio partner payouts), delivering ad hoc financial analysis and business cases (e.g., partner prepayments, marketing ROI), supporting competitive and market analysis for pricing and promotions, and contributing to regular financial updates for functional and executive leadership. You should have 3+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, PE/VC, or analytics/FP&A/strategy roles at technology or rapidly scaling companies. Strong technical skills are essential: hands-on proficiency in SQL and/or Snowflake for self-service data analysis, advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities, and solid understanding of P&L mechanics and financial drivers. Experience with Looker, Tableau, or Anaplan is preferred. You'll need excellent attention to detail, clear written/visual/verbal communication skills, and a proactive, curious approach to operating in a fast-moving environment. The role has a path over time to step into a people manager role supporting the revenue FP&A team.
