Rula, a Series C mental health and addiction treatment platform, seeks a Senior Finance Manager for Deal Desk to drive strategic growth. As an individual contributor, you'll partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to shape growth strategy, evaluate complex deal trade-offs, and develop strategic forecasting. You'll translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights while balancing short-term efficiency with long-term impact.
You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment navigating ambiguity and influencing strategic decisions. Key responsibilities include financial modeling, pricing analysis, contract economics evaluation, and presenting insights to cross-functional and executive audiences.
Required: 7+ years progressive finance experience (investment banking, consulting, FP&A, or commercial finance); Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; 2+ years transactional finance experience (corporate development, deal desk, private equity, or investment banking); strong financial modeling and pricing analysis skills; excellent communication and presentation abilities; healthcare industry or relevant consulting experience.
Preferred: contracting vehicles, payor dynamics, EAP, or value-based models experience; high-growth marketplace or scaling company background; partnership experience with Marketing, Revenue Operations, or GTM teams.
Rula is remote-first, hiring across most U.S. states (excluding Hawaii).
