As Field Marketing Manager for the Mid-Market West region, you will be a strategic GTM leader responsible for defining regional campaign and event strategy to build pipeline and deepen relationships with key accounts. You'll work across sales, channel partners, and corporate marketing to execute best-in-class regional programs that directly generate millions in pipeline.
Key responsibilities include: partnering with sales and channel leadership on regional strategy and expected results; executing regional and local campaigns (hosted events, trade shows, webinars, account-based marketing); driving thought leadership and customer executive collaboration on physical security; advising the corporate demand generation hub; collaborating with channel partners on marketing and engagement approaches; and working with product marketers on positioning, messaging, and customer advocacy.
You'll need 5-10 years of B2B marketing experience with proven ability to logistically execute multiple concurrent events, work effectively with channel/strategic partners, understand key personas and value propositions, and act as a peer advisor to sales leadership. An entrepreneurial spirit, track record of creative demand generation programs, and willingness to travel 30-40% (1-2 days/week) are essential. The role offers flexibility to work from San Mateo HQ, Phoenix, or Austin office when not traveling.
