Adswerve, an award-winning data, media, and tech consultancy and leading Google and Adobe partner, is seeking a Senior Director to lead and grow its Google Practice. This role combines strategic business leadership with hands-on execution, reporting to the Head of Business Development and Chief Growth Officer.
You will drive the growth, delivery, and overall health of the Google ecosystem business unit. Key responsibilities include designing and executing the annual business plan in partnership with leadership; building and managing a robust sales pipeline; closing high-value, multi-million-dollar deals; expanding key accounts; and launching innovative Google offerings and ecosystem partnerships. You will spearhead strategic sales cycles, cultivate executive-level client relationships, champion thought leadership, and oversee critical delivery initiatives.

You must have strong experience managing executive-level client relationships, overseeing delivery of complex technical solutions, recruiting and scaling technical and consulting teams in fast-paced environments, and pivoting between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
