Salary: USD 220,000 - 240,000 / annual

The Financial Systems team sits at the intersection of Finance, Accounting, and IT, owning the technology backbone for close, billing, revenue recognition, and spend management processes. This includes NetSuite, Salesforce, Metronome, Ramp, and FloQast.
As Senior Director of Financial Systems, you will lead the strategy, architecture, and operations of the core financial technology stack. This is a hands-on leadership role where you set direction, manage a team, and stay close enough to systems to guide design decisions and troubleshoot critical issues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own the roadmap and architecture for the financial systems stack (NetSuite ERP, Salesforce, Metronome, Ramp, Tipalti, Celigo, FloQast)
- Serve as systems owner for quote-to-cash and revenue recognition, ensuring clean data flow and reconciliation between Salesforce, Metronome, and NetSuite
- Lead system implementations, upgrades, and integrations, partnering with Accounting, FP&A, Revenue Operations, Procurement, and IT
- Ensure strong internal controls and audit-readiness across all financial systems, with focus on ASC 606 revenue recognition compliance
- Build and manage a team of systems analysts/administrators; manage vendor relationships
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years progressive experience in financial systems or ERP leadership, including 4+ years in senior management
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP required
- Experience with Salesforce, Metronome, Ramp, and/or FloQast strongly preferred
- Usage-based billing and ASC 606 revenue recognition experience is a significant plus
- Proven track record leading system implementations/integrations across multi-system finance stacks
- Strong cross-functional and people-leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field; CPA, MBA, or relevant certifications a plus
