ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Director to serve as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for EMEA South, a newly created executive role supporting the region's continued growth and transformation. Reporting to the EMEA COO organization, you will act as primary deputy to the SVP of EMEA South, with responsibility for business outcomes across a diverse, multicultural region spanning France, Italy, Spain, Israel, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and South Africa.
You will be present in the field, engaged with customers, and accountable for revenue performance and customer impact. Working closely with Core Sales, Solution Consulting, Solution Sales, Marketing, Customer Excellence Group, and other GTM functions, you will drive strategic initiatives while partnering with the Chief of Staff (who manages operational execution) and Strategic Pursuit Lead (who coordinates complex deals).
Key responsibilities include: acting as deputy to the SVP in customer meetings, executive briefings, and strategic engagements; driving business performance and holding the organization accountable for targets; overseeing strategic planning, demand generation, pipeline excellence, and customer adoption; representing the EMEA COO office and ensuring execution of pan-EMEA initiatives; building and sustaining senior relationships with customer executives; engaging on strategic pursuits at the executive level; championing talent development and identifying next-generation leaders; and representing EMEA South in EMEA-wide and global leadership forums.
You bring a proven track record in enterprise software sales or sales leadership with demonstrated success in complex, multi-stakeholder deals and GTM coordination. You have strong customer-facing experience at C-suite level with the presence and credibility to represent ServiceNow at the highest levels. You are comfortable acting as a senior delegate and decision-maker in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with strong people leadership skills motivated by developing others and building high-performing teams. You are highly collaborative, experienced in multicultural, multi-country organizations (EMEA South exposure is a strong advantage), energetic, resilient, with a growth mindset and drive to win. You are an effective communicator, credible at executive level both verbally and in writing.
