Pear Suite is a digital health company building infrastructure for community-based care through an AI-powered platform and managed services supporting Community Health Workers (CHWs), promotores, doulas, and frontline professionals. The Regional Director will lead the development and implementation of community health initiatives across assigned states and regions, serving as the primary regional operator responsible for bringing together healthcare providers, community-based organizations, CHWs, Tribal health organizations, health plans, government agencies, and workforce partners to build stronger community-based care ecosystems.
Key responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of the healthcare, community health, workforce, and policy landscape; building and maintaining relationships with CBOs, CHW programs, Tribal health organizations, healthcare providers, health systems, health plans, and government agencies; translating Pear Suite's national capabilities into locally responsive programs and partnerships; taking complex initiatives from concept to implementation; developing regional relationships and building provider and community networks; launching new programs and coordinating implementation across partners; and identifying sustainable pathways for programs to grow beyond initial grant or pilot funding.
This is a highly cross-functional role requiring collaboration across Pear Suite's workforce development, community outreach, provider network, operations, product, clinical, impact, sales, and payer teams. The Regional Director will ensure that regional initiatives move from strategy into successful execution, working to address social drivers of health and support whole-person care delivery. The ideal candidate is mission-driven, committed to health equity, eager to take initiative, values autonomy, and enjoys building structure in emerging markets.
