PayNearMe is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to own demand initiatives and campaign execution for the Financial Institutions and Lending vertical. This is a senior, hands-on individual-contributor role with significant ownership and visibility. Working from a focused universe of accounts, you will build integrated, account-based programs that engage the right buyers, generate sales meetings, and create qualified opportunities. Success is measured by target-account engagement, sales meetings set, and opportunities created.
You will adapt and deliver the demand generation strategy for the Financial Institutions and Lending market, translating revenue priorities into campaign themes, channel plans, and measurable goals. Responsibilities include planning and executing integrated campaigns across advertising, industry events, direct mail, digital experiences, webinars, and other targeted channels. You will own campaigns end-to-end, from campaign brief through audience selection, offer development, channel mix, asset requirements, launch planning, sales follow-up, measurement, optimization, and post-campaign recommendations.
You will establish a strong operating rhythm with Sales around target accounts, campaign participation, meeting goals, follow-up responsibilities, and opportunity outcomes. Collaboration with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Event Marketing is essential. You will also direct outside partners supporting paid media, publisher programs, design, and asset production.
Additional responsibilities include reporting on campaign effectiveness with data analysis and storytelling, managing campaign budgets, evaluating channel and vendor performance, and maintaining an organized, visible campaign calendar and project plan for cross-departmental visibility.
